The star-studded stage for the Grammys got even more sparkly as Katy Perry joins the mix. The “Roar” singer will perform at the music award show on Feb. 12, the Recording Academy announced Monday night.

Perry might even performing her new song, “Chained to the Rhythm” featuring Skip Marley, which she’s expected to debut on Friday, according to Billboard.

Beyoncé, who leads the field with nine nominations, will also perform, just weeks after announcing she’s pregnant with twins. “The Late Late Show” comedian James Corden will host the award show, which air at 8 p.m. on CBS.

The 32-year-old musician joins an already impressive lineup that includes Chance the Rapper, Adele, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, John Legend, Metallica, Keith Urban, John Legend, A Tribe Called Quest and Carrie Underwood.

On juggling it all:
“The art of delegation is important and also the art of saying ‘no.’ And pure and simple balance — mental, physical and spiritual balance. But not everything is going to be perfect. I have days — especially PMS days — where I breathe fire.”

On wearing her own line:
“You are what you wear, right? It’s one of those things where I really love the line, and I’m excited by
it. It’s not like you’ll never see me in a pair of Adidas slides ever again. And you’ll [probably still] see me on the streets wearing Uggs.”

On wanting her fans to become her consumers:
“Yes, I do have a wonderful group of people that like and follow what I do, but my goal for this line is that it’s just a great product. The first thought [for consumers] is, ‘I love this shoe.’ The second thought is, ‘Oh, I didn’t know Katy Perry made shoes!’ ”

On her massive
 Twitter following:
“It comes down to authenticity. There’s only so much that people can relate to when you’re a celebrity living in a bubble with 1 percent [of the population]. I share my life story, give light to things that need a voice; and [I’m sometimes] silly, dark and sarcastic.”

On social media politics:
“I go to Twitter to know what’s going on in real time. But you can sometimes find that not the greatest voices make the most noise. You have to be your own filter for everything you ingest.”

On Jan. 21, Grammy-nominated singer Katy Perry will join a growing number of celebrities and women marching on Washington to oppose President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. Ahead of the national event she’s also lending her star power and her pocketbook to “#DontNormalizeHate” a short-film PSA posted to YouTube that draws parallels between Trump’s anti-Muslim rhetoric and the mass incarceration of 120,000 Japanese American citizens during World War II, and asks: Is history repeating itself?

Perry executive-produced the powerful public service announcement, which shares the true story of 89-year-old Haru Kuromiya, a native of Riverside, Calif.,  who was a girl when her family was forced to leave their homes and submit to mass incarceration by order of the American government — an act of prejudice and fear that remains an ugly stain on U.S. history.

Artists Cher, Katy Perry, Zendaya and Angelique Kidjo are among the growing lineup of female celebrities participating in the Women’s March on Washington. More than 100,000 are expected to attend the march, taking place in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 21 — the first day of Donald Trump’s new presidential administration.

Actress America Ferrera serves as chair of the Artist Table for the march. Additional announced participants include Scarlett Johansson, Amy Schumer, Chelsea Handler, Debra Messing, Frances McDormand and Julianne Moore.

“Since the election, so many fear that their voices will go unheard,” Ferrera stated in a release announcing the march’s lineup. “As artists, women and, most importantly, dedicated Americans, it is critical that we stand together in solidarity for the protection, dignity and rights of our communities. Immigrant rights, worker rights, reproductive rights, LGBTQIA rights, racial justice and environmental rights are not special interests, they affect us all.”

In the same release, Carmen Perez, national co-chair of the Women’s March on Washington, said, “Women don’t live single-issue lives, and we are thrilled to be joined by women who understand and reflect the intersecting issues for which we stand. All women deserve freedom and equity.”

More than 150 independently organized solidarity marches are also being planned in all 50 states and in 20 countries around the world. Handler, for example, will lead a march down Main Street in Park City, Utah, followed by a rally.
